Welcome to the Little Stone Cottage in historical downtown North Augusta! Right in the heart of town, this adorable and unique home was built in 1903 and believed to have originally been a carriage house for the historical mansion next door. Everything has been lovingly updated with all new furnishings in 2023! **Please note that due to the hurricane our carport was damaged and we no longer have covered parking at this time. However, we do have space for two vehicles in the driveway. Additionally, we are having difficulty with the Wi-Fi and private Wi-Fi is not currently accessible. However public Wi-Fi is available (due to hurricane) for $10 per month if you would like to access that. There are 2 brand new king sized beds plus a queen sofa sleeper. It may be small on size but we think you'll find it's big on comfort and convenience and amenities - not to mention personality! Guests will appreciate the comfortable furnishings including a deep-seated sofa and 2 king sized beds, each with a 12-inch memory foam mattress and 100% cotton sheets. The kitchen is bright and cheerful and fully equipped with all the appliances, pots and pans and cooking equipment needed to prepare your meals. We even have a Ninja blender to whip up for favorite smoothies! Outdoors there is a fire pit with Adirondack seating, a covered patio with oversized rocking chairs and a large, private backyard. And the location couldn't be better. We're less than a mile to the heart of downtown North Augusta and all of it's quaint shops and restaurants and only a 12 minute drive to Augusta National and the Masters! Come be our guest!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
